Depends on what we find. If the framing and posts are sound, we can often replace bad boards and railings and get you years more out of it. If the structure itself is failing, we'll tell you honestly that a rebuild is the smarter money — and we can do that too.
Do you build covered porches and screened porches, not just open decks?
Yes. We've built open pressure-treated decks, covered porches with full roof framing, and finished screened porches for three-season use. Tell us how you want to use the space and we'll figure out the right build.
My deck railings are loose and the steps feel unsafe. Can you fix that?
That's one of the most common calls we get. Loose railings, wobbly posts, and sagging steps are usually fixable and shouldn't be ignored — we'll secure or replace them so the deck is safe to use again.
Do you build decks on helical piers?
We do. For decks that need solid footing without a poured foundation, helical piers give a strong, stable base — we've framed decks on them and it holds up well in our freeze-thaw ground.
