Who we are
King & Sons Enterprises, LLC is a landscaping and construction company at 395 North St, Pittsfield, MA 01201. You can reach us at (413) 344-6210.
What you send us
When you fill out a quote form, we get what you type in: your name and phone number, plus anything else you choose to add, like your email, the property address, how you would like us to reach you, and details about the job.
How the form is delivered
Our quote forms are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). FormSubmit emails each request to King & Sons and to the people who build and manage this website, and it keeps a copy of submissions for up to 30 days.
How you found us
Each request also says how you found the site: the page you first landed on, the site that sent you (if any), any campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and, if you clicked a Google ad, the ad click ID (gclid, gbraid or wbraid). We use this to see which ads and listings actually bring in work.
What is stored in your browser
So that information can ride along with a request you send later, the site keeps it in your browser: the landing page, referring site and campaign tags for the current visit only (session storage), and the most recent Google ad click ID for up to 90 days (local storage).
Google Analytics also records the pages you visit, the site that sent you and any campaign tags or ad click ID in the link. The copy kept in your browser only reaches us with a quote request.
Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to count visits and show us how people use the site, for example which pages they view and which buttons they tap. Google handles that data under its own rules: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to your request, quote the job and do the work, and we use the visit details to see which ads and listings work. We never sell your information.
